Artists First Collective is proud to announce its inaugural exhibition, Primary Voices in a Secondary World, opening March 1, 2025, at NADA's New York Gallery Space (311 E Broadway). The show features work by:
Milo Matthieu, Devan Shimoyama, Stickymonger, Michael Dotson, Jojo Anavim, Yael Ben Simon, Tim Okamura x Woodz, Colleen Barry, Emily Coan, Amani Lewis, and Allison Zuckerman
Generously supported by UOVO, the exhibition reflects a shared commitment to uplifting emerging and mid-career artists through meaningful industry support. As part of the exhibition's programming, Phillips will co-host and participate in a panel discussion on March 5, from 6:00 - 7:30 PM, moderated by Julia Halperin, co-author of The New York Times article that sparked this initiative. Joining the discussion will be Samantha Anderson (Art Law Group, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler), Patrizia Koenig (Phillips) alongside Allison Zuckerman and Amani Lewis, covering topics such as the effects of the secondary market on artists studio practices and strategies for sustainable career longevity.
