Rent fee = $50 monthly rent fee x 6 months = $300
Taxes = $300 x 6.35% = $19.05
Insurance = $10 x 6 months (not taxed)
Total = $379.05 due
Amounts are paid in full at time of rental contract signature for the duration of the rental time (i.e. if renting a full size cello for 6-months with insurance, then the total due is the rent fee, plus taxes, plus insurance).
