La struttura di ARS è molto semplice in modo tale da essere rapidamente efficace:

• Ogni artista aderente dona una o più opere d'arte;

• Il sostenitore può riservare le opere d'arte scelte inviandoci una email all'indirizzo artistiinretesolidale@gmail.com e noi segnaleremo le opere d'arte come "riservata" (così eviteremo spiacevoli "doppie prenotazioni");

• Il sostenitore effettuerà le donazioni direttamente agli ospedali designati (nelle descrizioni di ogni opera d'arte viene segnalata la struttura sanitaria beneficiaria e l'IBAN sul quale effettuare la donazione);

• Appena ricevuta dal sostenitore la conferma dell'avvenuta donazione segnaleremo le opere d'arte come "donata";

• Le opere d'arte verranno spedite non appena possibile (le spese di spedizione sono a carico del sostenitore).

The structure of ARS is very simple in order to be rapidly effective:

• Each adhering artist donates one or more artworks;

• The sponsor will reserve the chosen artwork(s) sending an email at artistiinretesolidale@agmail.com and we will mark the artwork(s) as "reserved" (in order to avoid unpleasant “double reservations”)

• The sponsor will send a donation directly to the designated hospital (IBAN is provided in each artwork's page and may be different);

• When we receive the confirmation of the donation(s) by the sponsor, we will take the artwork(s) out of the campaign marking it(them) as "donated"

• The artwork(s) will be shipped as soon as possible (shipping costs are on the sponsor).
