Irwin Suimuri
Irwin nasce a Milano, dipinge dal 1997 e attualmente vive e lavora a Milano/Berlino.
La sua ricerca è caratterizzata da una continua sperimentazione di tecniche e stili legati sia al lettering, e in generale al graffiti writing, che al disegno figurativo su muro.
La sua produzione artistica spazia dai graffiti al disegno dal vero, dalla grafica all’illustrazione. In tutte le sue opere hanno un ruolo determinante il segno, le proporzioni e la composizione. Molti dei suoi più recenti lavori sono caratterizzati da una mescolanza di forme e soggetti: umani, animali, oggetti, paesaggi e lettere.
"Irwin was born in Milan and has been painting since 1997.
He has been experimenting with different techniques and styles from lettering and graffiti-writing to figurative drawings on walls. He has been working as graphic-designer and illustrator too. In all his artworks sign is the protagonist, with a specific focus on proportion and composition. Letters and landscapes, objects and living beings (human and animals) are all mixed together in his artworks, especially the most recent ones.
He lives and works between Milan and Berlin."
