Carolina Blanco, in arte Carolì, è nata a Buenos Aires il 14 settembre 1986, di origini italiane da parte di madre.
All'età di 15 anni ha lasciato l’Argentina con tutta la mia famiglia a causa della crisi economica che colpì il Paese nel 2001, ed è arrivata a Padova.
E’ questo il viaggio che ha cambiato per sempre la sua vita. Un viaggio che le ha fatto incontrare l’arte italiana ed europea delle quali si è subito innamorata.
Seguendo tale amore ho deciso di frequentare l’Università di Padova laureandomi nel settembre 2016 al DAMS con un curriculum in Arte.
L’arte è stata una sua fedele compagna di vita fin da bambina, preferisce perciò definirsi una creativa autodidatta più che un’artista. Il suo stile è naive, fatto di colori forti, colori che vogliono mantenere vivi un’infanzia che ancora non se ne è andata.
Carolina Blanco, a.k.a. Carolì, was born in Buenos Aires on the 14th September 1986 (actually she is Italian by mother’s side). At 15 she left Argentina with all her family as result of the economical crisis that struck the country in 2001, and arrived in Padua (IT).
This journey changed her life, as she met the Italian and European art. It was love at first sight.
Therefore she decided to studied art, enrolling at the DAMS by the University of Padua.
As Art has Always been a loyal friend since her childhood age in Argentina, she prefers to define herself a self-taught creative more than an artist.
Her signature style is naive, with vibrant colors, colors that appeals to an inner child, that never let her down.
