Absolutely! Almost everything I create is custom-made to fit your vision. Whether you want a specific word, shape, theme, or seasonal design, I love collaborating to make something unique just for you.

Most pieces are custom, so prices vary depending on size, design, and materials. 

To place an order, please fill out the Order Request Form, where I can learn about your vision and preferences—then we’ll take it from there!

I prefer cash for local pickups, but I also accept Venmo (@Emerald-Holzwarth). Once we confirm your order, I’ll share payment details and timing

Timing depends on the complexity of your order and my current schedule, but most pieces take anywhere from one to three weeks. For custom designs or large orders, I’ll give you an estimated timeline when we chat.

I don’t ship items. Instead, I offer flexible local pickup or meet-ups in the Syracuse and Central Square area, usually in Central Square or Brewerton. Depending on the day, I can also arrange meet-ups in Camillus or Cicero.

Pickups usually happen in Central Square or Brewerton, but I’m happy to arrange other convenient locations in the Syracuse area depending on schedules. We’ll find a spot that works best for both of us.
