🎨 The Create Escape Art Club – Membership Terms & Conditions
(Because a little fine print helps keep the glitter flowing smoothly)
By purchasing a membership to The Create Escape Art Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
💳 Membership Details Membership is $100 per month or $1100 with annual membership purchase, and includes 4 event tickets per month. A month is from the 1st date of each month until the last date of each month (i.e Jan 1-31st, June 1-30th, etc).
Events are currently held weekly on Tuesdays at Rotator Taproom, Wednesdays at East Brother Beer Co. and Saturdays at Armistice Brewing. There are also monthly events at The Boutique at Serendipity. See https://artfrommud.simpletix.com/ for current events and locations
All art materials are included. Food and drink are available for purchase but are not included in the ticket price.
🎟️ Ticket Use Each membership includes a promo code that allows the member to reserve up to 4 event tickets per month. Tickets must be reserved for each event to hold seating. Tickets can be reserved from the event page located at: https://artfrommud.simpletix.com/
Promo codes reset each month and do not roll over. Use them or lose them!
Tickets may be used all at once or across multiple events during the month.
👯♀️ Transferable, Not Shareable You may use your tickets for friends (ex: you come and bring 3 guests = 4 tickets).
However, sharing your promo code with others is strictly prohibited.
Promo codes are for member use only.
Sharing or misusing your code is grounds for immediate membership termination without refund.
🚫 Promotions & Exclusions:
The Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion does not apply to members using their membership tickets.
Membership cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or discounted tickets unless explicitly stated.
Promo codes can not be used for fundraisers. If the event has fundraiser in the title, it is a fundraiser. If you are not sure, ask before using your code.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your membership at any time; however, partial-month /year refunds are not available.
Membership perks and ticket access end at the close of the billing period if canceled.
✨ Play Nice Policy This is a community-first experience. We reserve the right to cancel a membership if someone behaves in a way that makes others feel unsafe, disrespected, or otherwise uncomfortable. Let’s keep it kind, creative, and welcoming for everyone.
📬 Updates & Changes Art From Mud reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Members will be notified of any changes in advance via email.
