A childhood dream or vocation. How to Become a Highly Qualified SpecialistÂ
In childhood and adolescence, we often choose a profession thanks to the advice of parents and friends. But there are some people for whom the choice of profession was evident from their childhood. Certain character qualities can guide a child into a professional field and help him, or her become a top-notch professional, and constant development will help to climb the career ladder. Commercial and international lawyer Artem Dymskoy admits that the choice of his challenging profession was obvious since childhood. Artem never wanted to conquer space or become a famous athlete but always defended the weak and fought against injustice. A penchant for learning foreign languages helped him choose his future international lawyer profession.
Artem Dymskoy, an independent practicing lawyer, was born in Moscow into a family of translators. Thanks to his parents, Dymskoy mastered several languages - Russian, English, and French, and is now studying Hebrew. After graduating from school, Artem entered a leading university - the Moscow State Law University, named after O.E. Kutafin. While still a student, the future lawyer got a job as an assistant at the law firm Free Cholmeley Bischoff. After graduating brilliantly, he was eligible for an internship at its head office in London. It was a great experience to try my hand at international law. After returning to Moscow, Artem Dymskoy passed the qualification exam and joined the
Moscow City Bar Association. For many years the Commercial and International Lawyer has cooperated with regional funds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, advised on large investments, and helped establish strong relationships with state and commercial banks in Russia.
In 1999 the international lawyer began working as an attorney in the independent Russian law firm Burchills, where today he is a partner and official representative in Israel. Artem Dymskoy specializes in business, corporate, commercial, and international law. He handles cases of major corporate clients, VIPs, celebrities, and ordinary citizens, including disputes with the state. Artem Dymskoy works with business restructuring issues, investments, IT transactions, and commercial and residential real estate purchases or sales. In recent years he has actively helped Russian citizens obtain Israeli citizenship.
According to international and commercial law experts, law is a vocation. To be a competent international lawyer, you need to feel comfortable in any part of the world, be motivated, and know several languages, national law, and international private and public law. Therefore, international lawyers are highly valued on the market and are in demand. The important thing in this profession is that there is no mandatory place of residence for a professional; many large law firms have offices in different countries so that specialists can get work experience in Russia and abroad.
To be a high-level specialist, more is needed to go to university; you must constantly evolve and learn new modern approaches. In his work, Artem Dymskoy, even during the coronavirus pandemic, began using online consultations, including on a free-of-charge basis. Online work helps save a lot of time for travel; besides, you are not tied to one place and can conduct consultations from anywhere in the world. And on the other hand, thanks to online consultations, Artem not only helps people sometimes solve urgent issues but can also consult with many more people than he could in the offline format. In his work, the international and commercial law expert combines online and live meetings with the client, which is more effective.
