Booking a Guest Portrait Package at an hourly rate ensures as many guests in attendance are able to participate in the magic as possible, at an affordable hourly rate!
Guests will have the choice of a Mini Portrait or Full Portrait with multiple Frame add on options!
Initial Hour//Booking Fee REQUIRED - $150
Each Additional Hour:
Booked in 24 hours or more in Advance - $100
Booked Less Than 24 Hours in Advance - $150
*Add-ons made less than 24 hours in advance are at the Artist's discretion*
What is a Booking Fee?
Half Down / Half Day of Event
Your Booking Fee of Half Down acts as a Non-Refundable Deposit is used towards your 10 Painter Minimum & is required to book your event with Artem Adventures Inc. Without confirmed receipt of this Non-Refundable Booking Fee, your event has not been finalized!
This Non-Refundable Fee not only ensures your time and date are locked in but it also covers the materials and time of our Artists, administrative costs, as well as, travel!
Full payment is required for all themed parties & classes prior to setup for your event, NO ACCEPTIONS

Booking an A La Carte/Per Person Guest Portrait Package ensures all guests in attendance have the opportunity participate in the magic at a heavily discounted A La Carte Rate!
$10 Full Portrait - 15 Portrait Minimum

Your Artist will only be available until the pre-determined number of participants have been created!
*Any add-ons the day of or during the event will be at the Artist's discretion*

Who needs photoshop when you can custom paint the Bride flawlessly!

If you have made arrangements to ship the Portrait, you will receive your tracking number after the final payment has been received.. Once your portrait has shipped please be aware, we are unable to control how it is handled in the care of your chosen postal carrier. We highly advise you opt to add insurance to your package as Artem Adventures Inc is not responsible for any damages inflicted once your portrait has shipped.

Important Info:
Hard Deadline for selection of your theme for Artwork as well as, the total number of painters attending of 72 hours -or- 3 days. Since your Artwork is customized based on your desired theme and may require pre-sketching advanced notice is required.
Your Artem Adventure Artist will arrive 30 minutes prior to your predetermined party time, ready to create magic! Your Artem Adventure class will last approximately 2 hours and clean-up should be no more than 30 minutes!
Your Artem Adventures Artist will be on hand for a maximum of 3 hours unless other advanced arrangements are made.
