⬇️Follow these steps to submit your art and earn volunteer hours!⬇️
Step One: Have Art to Donate! 🎨
Newly made or something made from previous years.
We prefer physical, long-lasting works like: paintings, finished sketches, pottery, sculptures, crochet, and handmade jewelry.
Please only donate genuine pieces meant for display. "Joke" works will not qualify for volunteer hours.
Unsure if your piece qualifies? contact us!
We'll stop art collection around Mid-November!
Step Two: Take a picture of your piece 📸
You will need a clear picture of your art to submit to the upload form.
Make sure to take a full-view shot of your piece so that it is easily recognizable to us when we collect it.
Step Three: Find an Art Box 📦
We will have our first art box located in the main office (front of central) starting October 6th!
Each box has a QR code that will link to the Art Donation Form. Scan the QR code to fill out the form, and then place your art in the collection box.
The form will ask you basic questions like the name of the art piece, its descriptions, etc. If you’re donating multiple pieces, please submit a separate form for each one.
Please remember you will need your personal email to fill out the form!!
Step Four: Record your volunteer hours and wait for a confirmation email 📬
On the art donation form tell us how many hours you spent on your piece. Please be honest and reasonable about your hours!
We will send a confirmation email after your art has been reviewed, letting you know we've accepted your artwork.
Keep a record of your submission as well as the confirmation email as they are proof of your volunteer hours.
