Lodging

For the invited participants, the local organizers have arranged free lodging at a Queen's Residence (between June 11-17), located at the address below. Each room comes with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a bathroom shared with the adjacent room. For more details on the residence, please see  this brochure .

Travel Documents

One may need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization to visit Canada. Processing times for visas can be long. Please make sure you complete your application early if you need a visa. Details on travel requirements for Canada can be found at this page.

If your flight to Canada stops at other countries, including the US, please make sure you satisfy their travel requirements.












Transportation


From Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa, one can reach Kingston by car, train or bus in no more than 3 hours. All of these major cities have international airports, and several trains and buses to/from Kingston.

Local information









Campus of Queen's University (the conference room) is in short walking distance to the beautiful waterfront and many nice trails along Lake Ontario. You can also expect very picturesque sunsets/sunrises, and several safe spots to swim in the lake.
