Founded in 2025, we believe that art is a bridge for intergenerational connection. Art for Elders, AFE, fosters a continuous exchange of creativity and compassion between students and seniors. By transforming a senior citizen’s written memories into original art, we honor the rich lives of our elders. Art doesn't have to be a hobby you 'used to do.' At AFE, we help you reignite your sense of purpose as an artist by connecting your talent with our Davis community.

Each quarter, we host a collaborative art showcases at Atria Senior Living. These events brings students & residents together to unveil the collection, share stories, and celebrate the incredible connections formed through art. It is a deeply rewarding experience that turns a creative project into a lifelong memory.
