1) We strictly follow the time schedule.
2) kindly give proper time to the photographer and cinematographer, or else they will not be able to fulfill your Desire Requirements.

4) We upload our works in page. It directly helps us to boost our Page. So we cannot consider any protocol regarding this matter. (PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE BOOK US)
5) All Dues must be cleared at end of the event.
6) We counts two shifts in one day. Day shift & Night Shift! Day shift starts from between 12-1pm to 5.00pm. Night Shift starts between 6-7 pm to 12.00 am.
7) For extra time extra charge will be added & Also make the Arrangement of transport for the photographer and cinematographer.
8) We will try to provide our delivery on time but sometimes it might be a little delay depends on the situation.
9) For online delivery, after uploading everything, client will have 10 days to download, if they failed to download "Art Story" is not going to take any responsibility.
10) For offline delivery, client must take the delivery within 20 days, if they failed "Art Story" is not going to take any responsibility.
11) Clients are requested to behave humbly with our photographer & cinematographer. We'll not tolerate any kind of bad behavior.
12) Outside Dhaka 50% extra of package price will be added, must provide transportation & accommodation (If Needed).
13) Clients are requested to Sent the selected pictures for print within 20 days after asking, if clients failed to provide the pictures during this time we are not responsible for that and we do not delivery anything
