❈ All sales are final once a payment is started - A 50% down payment must be made before a commission is started, and any cancellations will be charged with a fee
*If you are an artist as well, I'd be more than happy to accept art from you as an option, and change a commission to an art trade
❈ Please note that the prices of each item cannot be changed unless stated otherwise - Each price is determined based on the amount of time spent making your desired piece, along with the materials/mediums used to illustrate them. A portrait made with Prisma colored pencils, for example, will include a material fee.
❈ If you wish to have something changed after I start your piece, it will count as an added payment depending on how major the change is (The bigger the change, the more you will be charged)
❈ Apologies in advance for any delayed responses! If I don't respond in a timely manner, feel free to message me again <3
❈ The more references/pictures you share of your desired subject, the more detailed and high quality your commissoned piece may turn out!
❈ Discounts will be offered to those who place three or more orders!
❈ Shipping options will be offered to US buyers only! I utilize a wide range of different apps that come with shipping costs (Mercari, Facebook Marketplace). Feel free to DM me and we can find a way to get your piece to you!
❈ Please note that I reserve the right to use commission pieces as promotional materials -- Send me a DM if you do not wish to make your orders public. You are also absolutely allowed to use your art as a banner or profile picture in any form of social media! Please be sure to credit me in your bio/description though :3
❈ Please note that I reserve the right to reject a client/request from commissioning me, though this doesn't happen often.
❈ If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! Though some of these rules sound quite strict, I am still a very lenient and understanding person - Depending on your situation, I can be flexible to some of the rules mentioned <3
