Since the ARS 2022 will be held in a hybrid format, the virtual symposium will have both synchronous and asynchronous presentation options.

Synchronous oral presentations:

Synchronous presentations will be scheduled in 15-minute increments via Cisco Webex Meetings. The presenter will have 10 minutes to share outcomes from their work in a live and synchronous Webex meeting with 5 additional minutes for comments, questions, and discussion. These synchronous presentations will be scheduled in parallel sessions of 4 presentations and may be concurrent.

Asynchronous oral presentation options:

Please submit a presentation file in a video in .mp4 or .mov format. The length of a recorded talk is limited to be around 15 minutes. Remember to provide your contact information, and this will allow participants to leave you comments and questions. We would ask that you check periodically throughout the accessible days of the presentations to respond to questions and comments.

Asynchronous poster presentation options:

Please submit a poster file in PowerPoint slides format. With any submission, we encourage you to use audio to record narration that discusses your work. Please see the resources below to help you do this. When adding audio to your poster file, please limit it to around 3 minutes in length. Remember to provide your contact information, and this will allow participants to leave you comments and questions. We would ask that you check periodically throughout the accessible days of the posters to respond to questions and comments.
