Abstract Submission

Submission deadline: 22:00 p.m. on May 20, 2022

The abstracts must follow the relevant regulations and the specified format.

• Submission Regulations

1. Abstracts must be written in English. With the exception of prepositions, the first letter of every word in the abstract title should be capitalized.

2. Please submit abstracts in Microsoft Word format. The word limit for the abstract is 250-350 words.

3. If your submission does not conform to the required format, the organizers reserve the right to reject the submission and to ask you to re-submit it.

4. If your submission is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

5. Submission method:

- Download the ARS abstract template

- Do not alter the format of the template

- Fill in the information in detail and upload the abstract file

- Wait for the confirmation message

6. Abstracts must include the following format:

-Title

-Authors’ names

-Names of the institutions to which the authors are affiliated

-Contact information

-Abstract content

-Keywords
