Privacy Policy for Arrowtide

This Privacy Policy describes how Hellstryper ("the Developer", "we") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Arrowtide mobile application ("App"), published on Google Play as "Arrowtide: Arrow Escape Puzzle".

1. Information We Collect

Arrowtide does not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.

Specifically:

• No user accounts or registration are required

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers or contact details are collected

• The App itself does not collect location data

• No personal data is stored on our servers

All game logic, scoring and progression runs entirely on the user's device.

2. User-Provided Information

Arrowtide does not require users to provide any personal information to play.

The App stores only the following game data locally on the device:

• Level progress (the levels you have unlocked)

• Star ratings for each level and your best combo streak

• The number of hints you have left

• Game settings (sound, vibration and language) and which tips have already been shown

This information:

• Is used only to save your progress and settings within the App

• Is processed and stored locally on the device using Android SharedPreferences

• Is never transmitted to or stored on any external server by the Developer

• Can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App

3. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

Although Arrowtide does not directly collect personal data, the App uses the following third-party service, which may collect limited information automatically to deliver its functionality.

A. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Service Provider: Google LLC

Purpose: Displaying banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements within the App. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one to get extra hints or to restore your lives.

AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID)

• IP address and approximate location (country or region level, derived from the IP address)

• App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, view duration)

• Device information (model, OS version, screen size, language)

• App usage, performance and diagnostic data

This data is used to:

• Serve advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted

• Measure advertising performance and effectiveness

• Prevent ad fraud and abuse

• Improve ad targeting and delivery

Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

• Going to device Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (Android 12 and later)

• Or enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on older Android versions

On supported devices, AdMob may also use Android Privacy Sandbox features (such as ad topics and ad measurement), which you can manage in your device's privacy settings.

4. How Third-Party Data Is Used

Data collected by third-party services is used solely for:

• Serving and measuring advertisements

• Monitoring service performance and reliability

• Network security and abuse prevention

The Developer does not have direct access to, store or control the specific data collected by these third-party services. Their collection and use of data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Arrowtide is a puzzle game intended for users aged 13 and over. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The App does not:

• Require account creation

• Collect names, contact details or precise location

• Enable chat or other social features

If you believe that a child under 13 has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.

6. Data Security

We value user trust and take reasonable measures to protect user information. Since Arrowtide does not collect or store personal data on external servers, the risk of data misuse is minimized. All progress data remains on the user's device and under the user's control.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Game data stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. The Developer keeps no copy of it, so there is nothing stored on our side to delete. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained and deleted in line with Google's privacy policy.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
