DS TechLabs ("we", "us", or "our") provides Arrow Shapes: Tap Out Puzzle (the "App"). This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App and how it is handled.
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other profile information to play.
The App uses Firebase Realtime Database to retrieve puzzle levels and game content. The database stores game content, not a player account or profile. Firebase may temporarily process technical request information, such as an IP address and user-agent information, to provide and protect its service and to report service usage. Google describes this processing in its Firebase privacy information.
The App displays ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). To deliver, measure, and protect ads from fraud, the SDK may automatically collect or share information such as your IP address, ad or app interactions (for example, app launches, taps, and ad views), diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers. The information collected can depend on your device, region, consent choices, and the SDK configuration. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Google and its advertising partners may use this information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud, and meet legal obligations. You can manage advertising and privacy settings through your Android device settings and Google account settings where those controls are available. Firebase Realtime Database and Google Mobile Ads are third-party services provided by Google. Their processing is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy information.
We use Firebase Realtime Database to make puzzle levels and game content available. We use AdMob to display and measure advertising and help prevent invalid ad activity. We do not use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics in this policy's described setup.
We do not sell your personal information. Technical information is transmitted to Google when the App uses Firebase Realtime Database or AdMob, as described above, so those services can provide their features. Google may process information under its own privacy terms and, where applicable, share it with advertising or service partners.
The App does not create user accounts or maintain a player profile on our servers. Puzzle levels and game content may remain in our Firebase database while they are needed to operate the game. Google retains service and advertising information according to its own retention practices. Because we do not maintain account-based player records, there is no in-App account to delete. You may contact us with privacy questions or a request concerning information we control; we will review and respond as applicable. You can also use Google's advertising and privacy controls to manage information processed by Google.
We use the security features provided by Firebase and Google Mobile Ads to help protect information transmitted to those services. Google states that Google Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If the App is configured for a child-directed or mixed audience, we will configure ad requests and data practices in accordance with applicable requirements. Parents or guardians who have a privacy concern may contact us.
We may update this policy when the App's features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at the same public URL and revise the effective date above.
