Coaching Staff

Head Coach: Trisha Herndon

 Trisha started dancing as a Tigard Tigerette and went on to dance at Oregon State University. She began teaching at the Regional School of Ballet in Corvallis and hasn’t stopped teaching or dancing since. She has been teaching in studios, fitness clubs and schools, bringing her passion and love of dance to all of her students. Trisha joined the Arrows as an assistant in 2010 and took over as head coach in 2012. She has been coaching in Sherwood ever since!

Assistant Coach: Hailey Woolard

Hailey started dancing at age 3 and instantly fell in love with it.  Her primary style growing up was hip-hop, but she also did some ballet and jazz as well. Hailey is an alumni of the Sherwood Arrows and was a captain her junior and senior years.  She loved everything about her time as an Arrow and quickly returned to the program after completing graduate school and returning to the area. Hailey teaches at Ridges Elementary and has been with the Arows as a coach for 3 years.
