Welcome to Arrows: Tap to Clear ("the Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Puzzloft Studios ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Game on mobile devices (iOS and Android).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to play the Game.
Minors: If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before making any In-App Purchases.
Grant of License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game includes virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items (such as "Power-ups" and "Themes").
Purchasing: You may purchase Coins using real-world money through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These purchases are handled by the respective app stores and are subject to their payment terms.
No Real-World Value: Coins, Power-ups, and Themes have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of Virtual Currency and items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
Revocation: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency and items at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
To keep the Game enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
Exploit the Daily Challenge system, leaderboards, or score tracking through manipulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or manipulate the game state.
Harass, threaten, or engage in toxic behavior toward other players (if social features are added).
Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent ban of your account and the forfeiture of your in-game progress and Virtual Currency.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including but not limited to its UI, arrow designs, themes (e.g., Pastel, Ocean, Candy, Neon), code, animations, sound effects, and music—are owned by [Your Company Name]. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
We may update, patch, or modify the Game remotely to add new features, fix bugs, or balance gameplay. We reserve the right to discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time without notice.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
