This Privacy Policy explains what information the Arrow Puzzle mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") handles and how. By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App saves your game progress locally on your device using the operating system's standard app-preferences storage. This includes your unlocked level, stars, coins, hints, daily-reward streak, chosen display name, and your settings (sound, theme, reminders). This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App or use "Reset Progress" in the App.
2. Information Collected Through Advertising
The App shows ads using Google AdMob (provided by Google). To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data. This data is collected by Google under Google's own policies, not by us, and we do not receive your personal information from it.
Google's policies:
How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. What We Do Not Do
The App has no login or user accounts, does not ask for your name, email, phone, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details, and we do not operate any server that receives your data. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules occasional local reminders on your device. These are generated on the device itself; they do not send any data off your device. You can turn them off any time in the App (Profile > Reminders) or in your device's system settings.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it. Where required, ad partners are configured to limit data use for users who indicate they are children.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Personalized ads: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy/Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking / Apple Advertising).
Local data: Uninstalling the App or using "Reset Progress" deletes the data the App stored on your device.
Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not hold your personal data ourselves, most such requests for ad data should be directed to Google; you may also contact us and we will help where we can.
7. Data Security and Retention
Data the App stores stays in your device's private app storage and is kept until you delete it or uninstall the App. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we keep the App's footprint minimal by design.
8. International Users
Advertising partners such as Google may process data in countries other than yours, under their own safeguards and policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date here and in the store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
