Arrows Puzzle does not require your name, email address, or an account. Your game progress is saved only on your device.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage information to display and measure advertisements. If you allow notifications, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging uses a device token to send you reminders. Both are described below.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cipher Code ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Arrows Puzzle mobile application (the "App") on Android and iOS.
The App does not require registration, login, or an account. We do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.
The App saves game data locally on your device so that you can continue playing where you left off. This may include:
Current level
Lives
Daily challenge progress
Streaks
Sound settings
Haptic settings
Theme settings
This game data is not sent to our servers or stored by us. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data from your device.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request advertising consent where required by applicable law. These services may automatically collect information such as:
Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where permitted
IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location, such as country or city
Device and app information, including device model, operating system version, language, and App version
Advertising interaction information, such as advertisements displayed, clicked, or watched
Diagnostic and performance information related to advertising delivery
The App also uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send reminder notifications. If you allow notifications, FCM creates a unique device token (a random identifier for your app installation), and Google may collect related device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and App version, to deliver messages. We use this token only to subscribe your device to a reminders topic so that we can send you notifications. If you do not allow notifications, no reminders are sent.
We do not receive this information in a form that directly identifies you personally. Google processes information according to its own privacy policies and terms:

Run the game and save your progress on your device
Display advertisements, which keep the App free
Measure advertising performance
Limit the frequency of advertisements
Detect and prevent advertising fraud or abuse
Remember your advertising consent choices
Send you reminder notifications, if you have allowed them
We do not sell your personal information.
Where required by applicable law, the App may display a consent form when you first use the App. This allows you to choose whether Google and its advertising partners may use information for personalized advertising. Where available, you can change your advertising preferences through Settings → Privacy Choices.
On iOS, the App may request permission to access Apple's advertising identifier through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this permission at any time through Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID or manage personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings (for example, Settings → Google → Ads). The exact location may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer. You can also manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
If you decline personalized advertising, you may still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to you.
On Android 13 and later, the App asks for your permission before sending notifications. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings → Apps → Arrows Puzzle → Notifications.
On Android, the App uses:
Internet access, which is required to load advertisements and deliver notifications
Notifications (Android 13 and later), which is required to show reminders
The App does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the contact information below.
Game data is stored locally on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage through your device settings.
Advertising and notification data collected by Google is retained according to Google's applicable data retention policies. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off notifications at any time as described above.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or store your game progress on our own servers, there is no account or game data stored by us that you can request us to delete. For information held by Google, please refer to Google's privacy resources or contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
The App uses secure HTTPS connections for network communications where applicable.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States.
Where applicable, such transfers are subject to safeguards provided under applicable data protection laws, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate transfer mechanisms.
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR, UK data protection laws, or California privacy laws. Depending on the applicable law, these rights may include the right to:

You can manage available advertising and privacy choices through the App and your device settings. You may also contact us using the information below regarding privacy questions or requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will publish the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the Effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
