This Privacy Policy explains how CHONG KAH KIT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Arrow Out Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection laws globally, including those in Singapore and other jurisdictions.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Arrow Out Puzzle is designed as a casual game. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, physical address, or phone number. All game progress and related data are stored locally on your device.
The data we do collect is automatically generated and relates to device identifiers and usage data, primarily facilitated through third-party services. This includes:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings.
Advertising and Analytics Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (Ad ID) and other automated technical metrics used to measure gameplay events and deliver relevant advertisements.
To ensure the proper functionality of Arrow Out Puzzle, the App requests specific Android permissions. We strictly use these permissions for their intended technical and operational purposes:
INTERNET: This permission allows the App to connect to the internet. It is essential for communicating with external servers to load and display advertisements, send anonymous crash reports, and transmit analytics data via Firebase.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: These permissions allow the App to read the status of your network and Wi-Fi connections. We use this to determine whether you are online before attempting to fetch advertisements or upload analytics data, which helps optimize battery and data usage.
WAKE_LOCK: This permission allows the App to prevent your device's screen from dimming or its CPU from going to sleep while the game is actively running. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted gameplay experience.
AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, & ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID: These permissions are required by the Android Privacy Sandbox and Google Mobile Ads SDK. They allow the App to access your device’s Advertising ID to serve non-personalized or personalized ads (depending on your regional privacy settings), prevent ad fraud, and attribute ad conversions correctly.
BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE: This permission is used by Google Play to identify the source of your App installation (e.g., if you clicked an ad to download our game). This data is strictly used for marketing attribution and analytics.
DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION: An automatic security permission generated by the Android system to protect internal app components from unauthorized access.
We utilize trusted third-party service providers to facilitate analytics and advertising. These third parties may collect and process your device identifiers as described in their respective privacy policies. We currently integrate:

Arrow Out Puzzle does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately, and we will take steps to remove such data from our systems.
Since Arrow Out Puzzle does not have a user account system, your gameplay data is stored strictly locally on your device.
Local Data Deletion: You can delete your local game progress at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
Analytics and Ad Data: If you wish to request the deletion of data associated with your Advertising ID or device identifiers held by our third-party partners, please contact us directly via email.
