PRIVACY POLICY - ARROW MOVE
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Arrow Move has no accounts, no login and no server of its own. Your
progress - levels, stars, coins, boosters and settings - is written only
to your own device, and uninstalling the app deletes it.
The app does show ads and does sell one optional in-app purchase, and
those are run by Google. Google receives some information about your
device in order to do that, including your Android advertising ID. That
is the only routine flow of information out of the app, and Section 4
sets out exactly what it covers.
We do not ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, your
contacts, your photos, your files or your location.
1. WHO WE ARE
Arrow Move is published by Gaurav Cloud ("we", "us").
Questions about this policy, or about your data:
kumarg7079@gmail.com
We will respond to any request within 30 days.
2. WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE
All of the following is kept in Android's private app storage, under the
name "arrow_puzzle". It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and
it is not backed up to any server we control:
- Coins, lives and the timestamps their refills are measured from
- Which boosters you hold (hints, undos, magic wands)
- Your highest level reached and the last level you played
- Stars earned and the fewest mistakes recorded per level
- Daily challenge day, current streak and best streak
- A difficulty value reflecting how recent levels have gone for you
- Sound, music and vibration settings
- Tutorial progress, and prize-wheel and offer timers
- The day the app last asked you about an update
If your device has Android's own app backup turned on, Android may copy
this file to your Google Drive under your own Google account. That copy
is governed by Google's privacy policy and your Google account settings,
not by us. You can turn it off in your device's backup settings.
Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
3. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT COLLECT
The app does not collect, and has no technical means of collecting:
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Your device's location. The app requests no location permission of
any kind, and Android would refuse it access
- Your contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone or files
- A list of the other apps installed on your device
- Any account credentials
Arrow Move contains no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK. We do
not receive usage statistics, session recordings, event streams or crash
reports from your device.
4. ADVERTISING - GOOGLE ADMOB
Arrow Move shows full-screen ads between levels and optional rewarded
ads you may choose to watch in exchange for coins, a booster or an extra
life. These are served by Google AdMob.
To do this, the Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the app collects and
sends information to Google, which typically includes:
- Your Android advertising ID, a resettable identifier that is not
tied to your identity. The app declares the com.google.android.
gms.permission.AD_ID permission solely so this works
- Your App Set ID, an identifier scoped to this developer's apps
- Device and app information: model, manufacturer, operating system
version, language, screen size, app version and network type
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address. This is a
region-level estimate made by Google from your network connection.
It is not device location and does not use GPS
- Whether an ad was requested, shown, watched to the end or clicked
Google acts as an independent data controller for this information.
What Google does with it, including whether ads are personalised, is
governed by Google's own policies:
Google Privacy Policy
https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google Advertising
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
YOUR CHOICES ABOUT ADS
You can limit ad personalisation at any time, on the device itself, and
this applies to Arrow Move along with every other app:
Settings > Google > All services > Ads
- "Delete advertising ID" stops apps from receiving it at all
- "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" keeps ads but makes them
non-personalised
The exact path varies by manufacturer and Android version. Removing the
advertising ID does not remove ads and does not affect your progress.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or
Switzerland, Google's consent requirements apply to the ads shown in
this app. Where a consent prompt is presented to you, your choice is
recorded and honored by Google's advertising systems.
5. PURCHASES - GOOGLE PLAY BILLING
Arrow Move offers one optional in-app purchase, a pack of 5,000 coins.
Everything else in the game can be earned by playing.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The app never sees and never
stores your card number, bank details, billing address or any other
payment information. What the app receives from Google Play is a
purchase confirmation - a purchase token and order identifier - which it
uses only to credit your coins and to acknowledge the purchase so it is
not automatically refunded.
Your purchase history sits in your Google account. Refunds, payment
methods and purchase records are handled by Google Play:

Coins and boosters are virtual items for use inside Arrow Move. They
have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are lost if
you uninstall the app.
6. APP UPDATES - GOOGLE PLAY
The app uses Google Play's in-app update service to check whether a
newer version is available and, if so, to offer it to you. This check is
made by Google Play, which already knows the app is installed. No
additional information about you is collected by us.
7. PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS, AND WHY
INTERNET
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
To load ads, complete purchases and check for updates. The
network state permissions are used to avoid requesting an ad
when there is no connection.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID
So the Google Mobile Ads SDK can read your advertising ID, as
described in Section 4.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
To show the reminder notifications described in Section 8. On
Android 13 and later, Android asks you first and you may refuse;
the game works normally either way.
VIBRATE
For touch feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
Arrow Move requests no other permissions.
8. NOTIFICATIONS
The app can post reminder notifications - for example when your lives
have refilled, or to invite you back to the daily challenge. These are
scheduled and generated entirely on your device. There is no push
service, no messaging token and no server involved, and nothing about
you is sent anywhere in order to produce them.
You can turn them off in your device's notification settings for Arrow
Move, or refuse the permission when asked.
9. CONTACTING SUPPORT
If you use the "Report a bug" option, the app prepares an email in your
own email app for you to review and send. Nothing is sent unless you
send it.
So that we can reproduce the problem, that email is pre-filled with:
- The app name, version name and version code
- Your Android version and API level
- Your device manufacturer and model
- The level you were playing and your highest level reached
- Your device language and region setting
It contains no identifier that points to you personally beyond the email
address you choose to send it from. You can edit or delete any of it
before sending, and you can email us at support@arrowmove.app instead.
We use support emails only to answer you and to fix the problem, and we
delete them when the matter is closed.
10. SHARING THE APP
If you use the "Share" option, the app hands a Play Store link to the
app you pick. What that app then does is governed by its own policy. We
receive nothing.
11. CHILDREN
Arrow Move is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has
provided us with personal information, write to
support@arrowmove.app and we will delete it.
Because the app shows advertising, parents should be aware of Sections 4
and 5. Purchases can be restricted with Google Play's parental controls
and by requiring authentication for every purchase:
https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1075738
12. YOUR RIGHTS
Because the app holds your progress on your own device and we operate no
server that stores information about you, most data requests are things
you can carry out yourself, immediately: uninstalling the app erases
everything it has stored, and the ad settings in Section 4 control the
one identifier that leaves it.
For information held by Google as a result of Sections 4, 5 and 6, please
use Google's own tools and contact Google, since we cannot access, export
or delete it on your behalf: https://myaccount.google.com/
IF YOU ARE IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA OR THE UNITED KINGDOM
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to
the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
Where advertising involves personal data, Google relies on your consent
or on legitimate interests as set out in its policies. You may withdraw
consent at any time using the controls in Section 4.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection
authority.
IF YOU ARE IN CALIFORNIA
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal
information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of
its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money.
Sharing an advertising ID with an ad network for personalised
advertising may be treated as "sharing" under those laws - you can opt
out entirely using the device controls in Section 4, which we honour
because they are enforced by the operating system rather than by us. We
will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
13. DATA RETENTION
We hold no personal information about you on any system of ours, so
there is nothing on our side to retain. Progress data lives on your
device until you delete the app. Support emails are deleted when your
question is resolved. Information held by Google is retained according
to Google's published retention periods.
14. SECURITY
Progress is stored in Android's private app storage, which the operating
system isolates from other apps. Communication with Google's advertising,
billing and update services is encrypted in transit by those SDKs. No
method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and on a device
that has been rooted, Android's isolation guarantees no longer hold.
15. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Google may process the information described in Sections 4, 5 and 6 in
countries other than your own, including the United States. Those
transfers are made under Google's own safeguards, described in its
privacy policy.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and post the
new version at the address below. Material changes will also be noted in
the app's update description on Google Play. Continuing to use the app
after a change means you accept the updated policy.
