PlayPixel Studio provides Arrowly : Tap Away Puzzle, an Android puzzle game with package name com.playpixelstudios.arrowlogicmaster. This policy explains how the game handles information and the choices available to you. The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is distributed internationally.
You can play without creating a player account or giving us your name, email address or phone number. If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include so we can respond to your question or request.
The game saves progress, unfinished puzzles, daily-challenge state, coins, booster inventory, reward state and preferences on your device. These records support gameplay and allow you to continue playing. Privacy choices are also stored on your device.
The game can schedule local reminders if notifications are permitted. It stores information about usual play times on your device to choose suitable reminder times. These reminder-time patterns are not included in our custom gameplay reports. You can manage notification permission in Android settings.
When gameplay reporting is enabled in this app build and permitted by your resolved privacy choices, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game performs and improve it. Reporting operates automatically where permitted. Production, development and verification records are kept separate in our custom reports. Reporting remains off when Analytics permission is unknown or denied, and existing explicit reporting opt-outs remain respected. Permission to request advertising does not by itself grant permission for Analytics reporting.
Our custom reports may include:
A randomly generated installation identifier, session and event identifiers, event times, app version and whether the record is production or test traffic.
Sessions, time spent actively using the game and active puzzle time, excluding time in the background and external advertising or consent screens.
Campaign level and daily-challenge context, latest observed progress, puzzle starts, completion, failure, retry and exit.
Use of existing boosters, daily rewards and rewarded-ad benefits, including the reward purpose, puzzle context and whether a reward was earned and applied.
Advertising requests, successful loads, unavailable ads, load failures, timeouts, show attempts, impressions and show failures, separated by ad format and placement.
These records are pseudonymous: events from one installation can be linked together, even though our reports do not require a player account. They are not guaranteed to be anonymous. Our custom gameplay events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise GPS coordinates or individual puzzle taps, moves or mistakes. Google services can process additional technical and advertising information described below.
Reports can show information for an individual installation and combined totals. Daily reporting uses India time. An observed progress record shows what the app last reported; it is not a continuous view of your device.
We use Google AdMob for advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain or manage applicable privacy choices before requesting ads. The available choices depend on your region and Google's consent requirements. The game may display interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads. Choosing to watch a rewarded ad is optional; an ad not being available does not consume the reward action.
Google's advertising services may collect or share IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to provide and measure advertising and prevent fraud. An IP address may indicate a general location. Advertising identifiers and personalization are subject to applicable consent choices, device settings and service restrictions. Our decision not to record individual puzzle taps does not mean that Google's advertising SDK records no ad interactions.
Google Analytics may use its own app-instance identifiers and process technical information when Analytics collection is permitted. We do not request precise GPS location for these features. The app also uses Firebase Remote Config to obtain operational settings, such as advertising placement switches and loading settings. Configuration and consent requests can disclose network, installation or device information needed by those services. Stopping optional usage reporting does not stop these operational requests.
Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting is disabled in the current updated build. This does not prevent other active Google services from processing their own diagnostic information as described in their privacy information.
Google and the service providers involved in delivering these features process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Review the choices and partner information provided in Google's consent interface, where shown. Further information is available from:

Open Settings → Privacy in the updated game. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Google privacy choices lets you revisit Google's form. Analytics follows the resolved privacy settings. The panel shows whether gameplay analytics is active and, when available, the game's random installation identifier. Existing explicit reporting opt-outs remain respected; the updated panel does not include a separate reporting switch.
You can select Read privacy policy to open this policy. Copy support details copies the app version, reporting environment, analytics status and available installation identifier to your device's clipboard only. Copying does not send those details to us or publish them. You decide whether to include them in a support request. The installation identifier is pseudonymous, not a player login.
When a resolved Google privacy choice denies Analytics permission, the game stops new custom reporting and delivery, disables Analytics collection and clears its local reporting identifier and pending custom-event queue. Your saved gameplay progress is not erased. An explicit Google form grant may update a previous Google denial, but does not override an existing local reporting opt-out. Reporting still requires this build's collection settings and a permitted Analytics state.
Changing your privacy choices or deleting local app data does not automatically delete information already received by Google or exported to our reports, and cannot recall information already passed to a service's own queue. You can manage Android advertising-identifier controls and notification permission through your device settings. Device settings may differ between Android versions.
Our custom offline reporting queue keeps pending events for up to seven days. Events can be removed sooner when storage limits are reached. Pending events can be sent after reconnection only while reporting remains permitted. These limits apply to the game's custom queue, not to every Google SDK queue or all information held by Google.
Our reporting export uses a separate Google BigQuery dataset in the United States. Newly created daily export tables are currently configured with a default expiration of 60 days from table creation. This does not mean that every copy held by Google Analytics, advertising services, backups or another service is erased after 60 days. Those services have separate retention settings and practices; we do not promise permanent reporting history or a single deletion period for all services.
Individual-install and combined reports are restricted to authorized users of our private reporting site. Player records are not made available as public profiles. We use service providers for configuration, consent, advertising and reporting, so information is not limited to data stored by PlayPixel Studio alone. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.
Local gameplay and preference data remain on your device until they are changed or removed, for example by clearing the app's data. Removing local data may also remove saved progress.
For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, contact pareshbhaimiyani61@gmail.com. You may ask about access, correction or deletion, or withdrawing a choice. We will review the request and applicable requirements. Because gameplay reports use installation identifiers, your name or email alone may not identify a particular installation. We may need enough information to locate the relevant records and verify the request. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents with an initial request. We do not guarantee that clearing local data removes records already held by service providers.
The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us so we can review the situation.
We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Contact PlayPixel Studio at pareshbhaimiyani61@gmail.com if you have a question about this policy.
