Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Arrowhead Carolanne Farm Civic League. We are an active civic league in Virginia Beach, Virginia covering the neighborhoods of Arrowhead, Carolanne Farm, Carolanne Point, Huntington, Huntington Estates and Plantation Cove. Our officers and committee chairpersons are all volunteers who work hard to make sure our neighborhoods are safe, clean and friendly for all. We would love to have you join us – the more members we have, the stronger our voice, and the better we can represent the needs of our residents. Like any other organization, we’re always looking for more volunteers to help.
Who is eligible to join?
Our By-laws state "Residents living within the boundaries of the neighborhoods are eligible for membership. For homes that are rented, both renters and the homeowners are eligible for membership. Membership requires that annual dues be paid per household. Members must be at least 18 years of age." If you live within the boundaries of the neighborhoods, whether tenant or property owner, you are eligible for membership. If you don’t live within the boundaries of the neighborhoods, but you do own property there, you are eligible for membership as well.
What are the yearly dues?
Membership dues for Arrowhead - Carolanne Farm Civic League are $15.00 per year, per household.
How do I join (or renew my membership)?
There are 4 ways to join or renew your membership – in person, by mail or on line:
IN PERSON – you may join or renew at any regular meeting or event by completing a Membership Form and paying your dues by cash, check or Zelle
BY MAIL – you may print and complete the Membership Form (HERE) and mail it, along with cash or check payable to Arrowhead - Carolanne Farm Civic League (ACFCL) for your dues, to Arrowhead - Carolanne Farm Civic League, C/O Jenn Akins, 5701 Pontiac Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462

How long does my membership last?
Memberships begin on receipt of application and payment of dues and expire on June 30 each year. On or about June 1st of each year, we will send a reminder notice to you to renew your Civic League membership and you may follow the steps above to renew.
