1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Arrow Go Maze ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This Application is independently developed and operated by Taimoor Ghafar ("I", "me", or "my").
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 4 years of age to use this Application.
If you are under 4, you are not permitted to use the Application.
2. Use of the Application
The Application is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
▪ Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or its content
▪ Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
▪ Use the Application in any unlawful or harmful way
▪ Interfere with the normal operation of the Application
▪ Use automated tools or bots to access the Application
▪ Harass or harm other users
5. In-App Purchases
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases.
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
The developer does not collect, store, or process any payment information.
Purchases are generally final. For refund requests, contact your platform provider (Apple or Google).
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, including design, branding, features, game mechanics, graphics, and content within the Application belong to the developer unless otherwise stated.
You are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Application without prior permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application may rely on third-party services to function properly, including:

▪ Analytics and crash reporting tools
▪ Advertising services
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are independent of this Application.
8. Availability and Reliability
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While efforts are made to keep the Application stable and updated, no guarantee is made that:
▪ The Application will always function without interruption
▪ All features will be error-free
▪ Game scores, progress, rewards, or gameplay results will always be available or preserved
9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
▪ Maintaining the security of your device
▪ Ensuring proper permissions are granted for app features
▪ Managing data stored locally on your device
▪ Keeping your app updated for the best performance
▪ Your activity while using the Application
10. Updates and Changes
The Application and these Terms may be updated or modified at any time.
We may add, remove, or improve features without prior notice.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through:

11. Termination

Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

▪ Reliance on gameplay results or progress
▪ Temporary service interruptions or errors
▪ Loss of data or content
▪ Unauthorized access to your device
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the Application.
