How to request deletion
If you would like to request deletion of personal or device-related data directly controlled by Future Games Interactive, please send an email to:

We will review your request and take appropriate action where the data can be identified and is controlled by Future Games Interactive.
Local game data
Game progress, coins, booster quantities, settings, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. You can delete this local data by clearing the app's storage/data in Android settings or by uninstalling the game.
Data handled by third-party services
ArrowFlux: Escape Puzzle uses services such as Google Play / Google Play Billing and Unity LevelPlay. Information processed by these services is subject to their respective privacy and retention policies.
Data that may be retained
Future Games Interactive may retain information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Google Play purchase and transaction information may also be retained according to Google Play's applicable policies and legal requirements.
Future Games Interactive does not directly receive or store users' payment card information.
