Moontap Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates Arrow Escape Worlds (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be handled when you use the Game, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.

Who the Game Is For

Arrow Escape Worlds is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not designed or directed to children under 13. Please see the Children’s Privacy section below for more information.

Information We Handle

You can play the Game without creating an account. We do not ask you to directly provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, or date of birth in order to play.

Game data stored on your device. The Game may store the following information locally on your device:

·       Level progress and unlocked content;

·       Coins, lives, rewards, hints, achievements, and daily challenge or streak status;

·       Game preferences such as sound, music, vibration, theme, and notification settings; and

·       Other information needed to resume and operate your game session.

This local data normally remains on your device. You can remove it by using the Game’s Reset Game option, clearing the Game’s app data in your device settings, or uninstalling the Game.

Advertising and technical data. The Game uses Unity Ads to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Unity and its advertising partners may process information such as:

·       Device and app information, including device type, operating system, language, app version, and general technical identifiers;

·       Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from the IP address;

·       Advertising identifiers where available and permitted by your device settings and applicable law;

·       Ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, and other interactions with advertisements;

·       Diagnostics, crash, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information; and

·       Privacy, consent, or advertising choices communicated by your device or a consent interface.

We configure the Game to request contextual or non-behavioural advertising where appropriate. The exact information processed by Unity and its partners may vary according to your device, region, consent choices, and applicable law.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, the Game may schedule local reminders on your device, such as reminders about a Daily Shape, a streak that may expire, or returning to play. These notifications can be scheduled and displayed without requiring your contact information. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

·       Operate the Game and save or restore your progress and settings;

·       Provide levels, daily challenges, rewards, hints, achievements, and other gameplay features;

·       Display, measure, and manage advertisements, including rewarded advertisements you choose to view;

·       Maintain security, prevent fraud or invalid advertising activity, and protect the Game;

·       Diagnose crashes, improve stability and performance, and correct errors;

·       Understand general use of the Game and improve the player experience; and

·       Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and policies.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game uses Unity Ads, a third-party advertising service provided by Unity. Unity may act independently when it processes information for advertising, measurement, security, and related purposes. Its handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy and choices.

Advertisements are supplied by third parties. We do not control every advertised product, service, website, or the privacy practices of advertisers. If you interact with an advertisement or leave the Game, the third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared or made available only in the following circumstances:

·       With service providers, such as Unity and its advertising or technical partners, where necessary to provide advertisements, measurement, diagnostics, security, or other Game functions;

·       When required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority;

·       When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of players, Moontap Studios, the Game, or others; or

·       As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal protections.

Data Retention

Game progress and settings stored locally remain on your device until they are reset, cleared, or removed by uninstalling the Game. Third-party service providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and operational requirements. We retain information under our control only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information associated with the Game. However, no device, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

International Processing

Moontap Studios is based in Pakistan. Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, the relevant service providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international processing.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may be able to:

·       Reset your game progress from within the Game;

·       Clear the Game’s locally stored data or uninstall the Game;

·       Allow or disable notifications through your device settings;

·       Manage advertising identifiers, privacy controls, and ad-personalisation choices through Android or other device settings;

·       Decline an optional rewarded advertisement and continue using features that do not require it; and

·       Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights that may apply to information under our control by contacting us.

Some requests relating to data processed independently by Unity or another advertising partner may need to be submitted directly to that provider. We will explain this when applicable.

Children’s Privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at moontapstudios@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use of the Game and review the device’s advertising, privacy, and purchase settings as appropriate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through another appropriate notice. Your continued use of the Game after an updated policy takes effect is subject to the updated policy.
