Privacy Policy

1. OVERVIEW AND GENERAL PRIVACY COMMITMENT

We appreciate your decision to play Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle. Your privacy, security, and digital peace of mind are matters of absolute, foundational priority in our software architecture. This Privacy Policy is structured to provide clear, transparent, and comprehensive disclosure regarding how the Developer of Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle (referred to as \"the Developer\", \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\") handles data within the mobile application. We build this game with a modern offline-first computing philosophy. This means we design the game to run on your local hardware device without relying on internet servers, remote cloud-backends, or centralized account management platforms. Because we do not run user registrations, track geographic coordinates, or upload file folders, you can interact with our puzzle maze levels with complete assurance that your identity is private. By accepting this policy, launching the application, or playing the game, you accept the practices and limitations outlined in this document.

2. OFFLINE-FIRST LOCAL DATA PERSISTENCE AND ARCHITECTURE

Unlike modern gaming apps that constantly upload user activities to centralized systems, Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle stores all game progression data natively inside your physical device. We utilize an offline Room database framework backed by SQLite to record: completed levels, unlocked stages, highest scoreboards, play history, coins earned, hint counts, and puzzle state matrices. In addition, basic display configurations, dynamic audio preferences (including sound effects and background music volume levels), and legal acceptance status are recorded locally within your device's SharedPreferences memory space. None of this information is encrypted or transmitted to any external server, because we do not operate one. Your local game progression data does not contain any personal identifier or device address, and it never leaves your physical mobile hardware unless you perform standard Android system backups to your private Google Drive/Cloud storage, which is managed independently by your device's native operating system controls.

3. ABSENCE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

We state explicitly: The Developer does not directly ask for, capture, harvest, scrape, or record personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, physical locations, gallery photos, or user account profiles. You remain entirely anonymous to the Developer. However, as detailed in Section 4, third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) integrated into the Application automatically process standard device identifiers and technical metrics required for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS (GOOGLE ADMOB)

Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve banner and rewarded video advertisements. While the Developer does not operate remote servers, the Google AdMob SDK may access and process certain technical identifiers directly from your device. This may include: (a) Mobile Advertising Identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID); (b) technical device specifications (model, OS version, language); (c) network connection status; and (d) coarse non-precise location inferred from network IP addresses.\n\nGoogle processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can review Google's privacy practices and opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings or through the following links:

5. ZERO CLOUD RECOVERY AND ACCOUNT DELETION INFORMATION

Because of our offline-first approach, there is no remote cloud server that retains a duplicate copy of your game progress. If you uninstall the game, perform a system recovery on your mobile phone, clear the game's storage via Android Settings, or experience physical damage to your device, all your level records, high scores, hints, and coins will be permanently lost. We have no mechanism or server capacity to restore this local hardware data. If you wish to delete your data from our game, you can easily do so yourself at any time by simply uninstalling the application from your phone or clearing its storage and cache in your device's Application Manager settings. Doing so completely and instantly purges all trace records, SQLite blocks, and SharedPreferences files from your device's storage.

6. DECLARATION OF SYSTEM DEVICE PERMISSIONS

To maintain maximum transparency, we want to specify that Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle does not request unnecessary Android runtime system permissions. The application does not access: (a) your camera for video or photos; (b) your microphone for sound recording; (c) your address book for contact information; (d) your system storage for reading arbitrary files; (e) your physical GPS hardware for location tracking; or (f) background sensors or health telemetry services. The app runs smoothly within standard sandbox permissions provided by the Android OS for casual apps, which may include standard wake-lock capabilities to prevent the screen from falling asleep while you are carefully untangling arrow mazes. Any system permission granted to the app is managed strictly by the Android OS platform on your device, and you may review or revoke these capabilities in your system settings at any time.

7. DIGITAL AUDIO SYNTHESIS AND AUDIO PRIVACY

The background music and gameplay sounds within Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle are synthesized in real-time inside your device. We use a custom, procedural sound wave generator built using Android's native AudioTrack and SoundPool classes. This dynamic synthesizer converts raw mathematical formulas and frequency waves directly into audible sound signals during active play. Our application does not: (a) record your voice or any ambient environmental sound; (b) process or analyze microphone frequency streams; (c) transfer any audio files over the network; or (d) interact with secondary commercial streaming applications. The auditory output is completely localized and designed solely to enhance your gameplay. Users can mute sound effects or background music independently via the gameplay status bar or settings screen at any time.

8. GAMEPLAY ANALYTICS AND ERROR REPORTING

We may review aggregated, non-personalized gameplay logs and error telemetry to optimize the application's performance, fix software exceptions, and improve the puzzle-solving algorithms. These diagnostic metrics may record general performance parameters, such as average frame rate delivery, application crashes, algorithm execution duration, and layout scaling issues across different screen sizes. However, these reports do not contain any personal information, and they cannot be linked back to you or your specific mobile device. We use this technical data solely for debugging, platform compatibility adjustments, and ensuring that our arrow path maze physics engine executes efficiently on all hardware.

9. PROTECTING CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

We are committed to complying with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international standards. Because we do not directly collect personal information, account profiles, identifiers, or geographic locations, our application is suitable for general audiences. We do not design features that entice children to share personal data, nor do we host chat systems, social profiles, or interactive forums where players can display or exchange personal information. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a child has bypassed device settings to share information with us, they are welcome to contact our support team. We will immediately investigate and ensure that any accidental information is instantly purged from our records.

10. REGIONAL PRIVACY COMPLIANCE (GDPR AND CCPA)

For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, regional data protection laws grant specific rights regarding personal data and advertising tracking.

EU/EEA/UK Users (GDPR): Where required by law, you will be presented with a Consent Management platform upon app launch to grant, decline, or customize consent for personalized ad serving by Google AdMob. You can adjust your consent choices at any time via device settings or in-app privacy controls.

California Users (CCPA): We do not sell or share user personal information for monetary value. Third-party ad identifiers are processed strictly for advertising delivery and measurement as described in Section 4.

Right to Erasure: Because all game progress is stored strictly on local device storage, deleting the Application or clearing the app cache completely removes all locally stored data.

11. AMENDMENTS, PRIVACY REVISIONS, AND CONTACT INFO

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify this Privacy Policy at our discretion to align with changes in privacy legislation, technology, or our development standards. When revisions occur, we will adjust the \"Last Updated\" date at the top of this page. We recommend that you review this policy periodically to stay informed about our data handling practices. If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding your privacy while playing Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle, you may contact our developer support team directly at supportbyteeasy@gmail.com. We are committed to responding to your inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns you may have in a supportive, transparent manner.\n\nThank you for reviewing our privacy policy. Have a safe and happy puzzle-solving experience! Play Arrow Escape!: Tap puzzle with complete peace of mind."
