Privacy Policy for ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Android application.

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle is designed to work without an account or developer-operated server. The app does not automatically collect or transmit personal information or sensitive information to us. Most app data is processed and stored only on your device. Android’s optional backup features and actions that you choose to complete in external apps are described below.

2. Information We Collect

Information collected automatically

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not automatically collect or transmit personal information. The current app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, files, payment information, advertising identifiers, Android IDs, IP addresses, browsing history, or device identifiers.

The app does not create user accounts and does not use authentication or login services.

Gameplay and preference data stored locally

To provide game functionality, ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle stores the following non-personal app data in a private SharedPreferences file on your device:

• completed level IDs and best star scores

• coin and hint balances

• levels on which a free hint has been used

• gameplay sound, background music, and interaction sound settings

• emoji reaction, colorful arrow, haptics, and tutorial settings and

• the next daily reward day and the local calendar date key of the last daily reward claim.

The app reads your device’s local date and time to operate the daily reward feature and countdown. It does not access your location or transmit the date, time, or reward history to us.

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle also generates sound effects and background music as temporary audio files in the app’s private cache. These files are generated by the app and do not contain your voice or other user-provided audio.

Information you voluntarily send

The Contact, Feedback, and Rate Us features can open an email application selected by you. If you choose to send an email, the information you enter—such as your email address, rating, message, and any other information you include—is sent by your email provider to our support address. ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not read your email account, contacts, or inbox, and does not send the email until you choose to do so in the external email app.

3. How We Use Your Information

Locally stored gameplay and preference data is used only to:

• save and restore game progress

• unlock levels and show scores, coins, hints, and daily rewards

• remember your gameplay and presentation preferences

• provide tutorial, audio, and visual behavior and

• restore app state through Android backup or device transfer when enabled by you or your device.

Information that you voluntarily send by email is used to respond to your inquiry, review feedback, investigate a reported problem, or improve the app. We do not use local gameplay data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking.

4. Permissions Used by the App

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle declares no Android platform permissions and requests no runtime permissions. In particular, it does not request permission for:

• internet or network access

• location

• contacts, phone, call logs, or SMS

• camera or microphone

• photos, videos, audio, or device storage

• notifications

• calendar

• Bluetooth or nearby devices or

• advertising ID.

The release build may contain an AndroidX-generated, app-specific signature permission used internally to protect non-exported dynamic receivers. This is not a user-granted permission and does not provide access to personal or sensitive device data.

When you choose to send email, open a web page, rate the app, or share the app, ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle sends an Android intent to an external app. The external app applies its own permissions and privacy practices.

5. Advertising

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not include Google AdMob or any other advertising SDK. It does not display live ads, request the advertising ID, create advertising profiles, or share information with advertisers.

Some user-interface text and inactive code paths refer to future rewarded-ad features, such as earning coins, receiving a life, skipping a level, or doubling a reward. These features are disabled in the current implementation and no ad request is made. If advertising is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that collection or sharing begins.

6. Analytics

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or any other analytics service. The app does not transmit gameplay events, screen views, engagement data, or usage statistics to us or an analytics provider.

7. Crash Reporting

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not use Firebase Crashlytics or another remote crash-reporting service. Crash logs, stack traces, diagnostics, and performance information are not transmitted by the app to us.

Your device or the Google Play platform may independently offer system-level diagnostics under settings and terms controlled by Google or your device manufacturer. Those services are not integrated into or controlled by ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle.

8. Third-Party Services and Libraries

The app uses Android and open-source application libraries for user interface, lifecycle, dependency injection, and testing:

• AndroidX Core, Activity, Lifecycle, Startup, and Profile Installer

• Jetpack Compose and Material 3

• Koin for dependency injection

• the Kotlin runtime and coroutines and

• JUnit in local test builds only.

These libraries are used locally and no analytics, advertising, authentication, cloud database, or data-collection module is configured.

Android Auto Backup is enabled. Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, Google account, and backup settings, Android may copy the app’s private progress and preference data to your Google Drive backup or transfer it directly to another device. The generated audio cache is excluded from Android backup. We do not operate or access your Google Drive backup.

User-initiated links may open Google Play, a web browser, or an email provider. Information processed by those external services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not sell, rent, or automatically share personal information. It does not send gameplay or preference data to us or to advertising, analytics, or marketing companies.

Data may leave your device only in these circumstances:

• Android backup or device transfer: Android may process app data for backup and restoration under your device and Google account settings.

• User-initiated email: information you choose to send is shared with your email provider and delivered to us.

• User-initiated external actions: opening a website, Google Play listing, or share sheet transfers control to the app you select.

• Legal obligations: information already in our possession, such as an email you sent us, may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; protect rights and safety; or investigate abuse.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay and preference data remains on your device until you use Settings > Reset Game Progress, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Generated audio remains in the private cache until Android clears it, the app replaces it, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Because Android Auto Backup is enabled, a backup copy may remain in your Google account according to Google’s backup retention rules and your account settings, and it may later restore after reinstallation. You can manage or delete device backups through your Android or Google account backup settings.

We retain emails you voluntarily send only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, address the request, maintain appropriate support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address in the Contact Information section.

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle has no user accounts and therefore has no separate account-deletion process.

11. Security of Your Information

Gameplay and preference data is stored with Android private-mode storage, which is sandboxed from other apps under normal Android security controls. The app does not operate a backend server and does not transmit local gameplay data over a developer-controlled network connection.

Android backup, email, browser, and Google Play actions are protected according to the security controls of Android and the external provider. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not require an account and does not automatically collect or transmit personal information from children or adults. It does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children should not include personal information in a support or feedback email without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Whether the app is offered to children in Google Play is determined by the developer’s target-audience declarations. If children are included in the target audience, the app must continue to comply with Google Play Families requirements and applicable children’s privacy laws.

13. International Data Transfers

ArrowEase: Arrow Puzzle does not send data to a developer-operated server. Android backup providers, email providers, web browsers, and Google Play may process user-initiated or backup data in countries other than your own under their own privacy policies and safeguards. A support email you send may be received or stored where our email service provider operates.

14. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information you voluntarily send to us, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. We may need enough information to locate the correspondence and verify the request.

You can:

• reset locally stored progress from the app’s Settings screen

• clear app storage or uninstall the app through Android

• manage Android backup through device or Google account settings

• choose not to send support or feedback email

• choose which compatible external app handles a link or share action and

• request deletion of correspondence held by us.

The app requests no runtime permissions, so there are no app permission choices to manage.

15. Cookies and Similar Technologies

ArrowEase Arrow Puzzle does not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, local web storage, or similar tracking technologies. The app does not contain a WebView.

Websites opened in your external browser may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies and browser settings.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s functionality, data practices, legal obligations, or Google Play requirements change. The updated policy will show a revised “Last updated” date and will be made available in the app and at the public privacy-policy URL listed in Google Play. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
