This Privacy Policy describes how Arrow Puzzle: Tap and Escape ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. The App is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Information stored only on your device

Your game progress — unlocked levels, stars, coins, and settings such as sound and vibration preferences — is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to any server, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Information collected by advertising partners

The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified advertising partners may automatically collect:

Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where you have permitted it)
General device information (device model, operating system version, language)
Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address
Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped)
Diagnostic data (crash logs and performance data related to ad delivery)

2. How Ads Work in the App

Rewarded ads: shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit (a hint, a shuffle, or an undo).

Interstitial ads: shown occasionally between gameplay moments.

Depending on your consent choices (see Section 3), ads may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized (based only on context, such as your general region and the current app).

3. Your Consent Choices

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)

When you first launch the App in a region covered by the GDPR or similar laws, you will see a consent message provided by Google that lets you choose whether your data may be used for personalized advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the App.

iOS — App Tracking Transparency

On Apple devices, the App will request permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your device's advertising identifier.

Opting out of personalized ads (all users)

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising

United States state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and similar)

We do not sell your personal information ourselves. Where required by applicable US state laws, Google provides mechanisms to enable restricted data processing for ads. You may also use the device-level opt-outs above.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. The only third party that processes data through the App is Google AdMob, as described in Section 1, solely for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements.

6. Data Retention

Game progress is retained on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
Data collected by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's retention policies (see the links in Section 1).

7. Data Security

Your game progress never leaves your device. Ad-related data is transmitted to Google over encrypted connections and handled under Google's security practices.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold your personal data on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through:

the in-app consent settings (Settings → Ad Privacy Options),
your device's advertising settings (see Section 3), or
Google's tools at https://myadcenter.google.com

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
