This Privacy Policy explains what information Arrow Pulse collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Arrow Pulse is a single-player puzzle game. The app does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email address, or phone number.
The following information is stored locally on your device:
Theme preference (light/dark)
Arrow style preference (colorful/black)
The last level you reached
This information is stored on your phone so that your progress and settings remain available after restarting the app. This local data is not uploaded by us as a player profile.
When the app is online, Arrow Pulse uses Google Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and app configuration.
Analytics
We may collect gameplay events such as:
App opened
Game played
Game paused
Hint used
Level started
Level completed
Level failed
Settings changed
Game shared
Game rated
These events may include the level number and similar gameplay-related values.
Google may also process an app-instance identifier and, where available, advertising identifiers used by Google Analytics.
Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and fix technical problems. Crash reports may include information such as:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
Technical logs related to the crash
Cloud Messaging
If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device token so that we can send notifications, such as updates or reminders.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.
Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config may process the installed app version so that we can determine whether a minimum app version is required.
The app:
Checks whether your device is connected to the internet
Reads the installed app version
Uses the internet to communicate with Firebase services
Opens this Privacy Policy when requested
Opens Google Play when you choose to rate the game
Allows you to share a Google Play link using your device's sharing system
Arrow Pulse does not collect:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Precise location
Photos
Contacts
Payment information
User-generated account data
The app does not have:
User accounts
Sign-in functionality
In-app purchases
We use the information described above to:
Operate and improve the game
Understand which levels and features are used
Diagnose crashes and technical problems
Enforce a minimum required app version
Send notifications when you have allowed them
Respond to Google Play store and support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use the data collected by Arrow Pulse to build a separate marketing profile about you beyond the processing performed by Google Analytics for the app.
Information processed through Firebase is handled by Google LLC in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
If you tap Share Game, the Android system share sheet opens. What you share, and with whom you share it, is controlled by you and the application you choose.
Arrow Pulse does not receive access to your contacts through the sharing feature.
If you tap Rate Game, you leave Arrow Pulse and are taken to Google Play.
Arrow Pulse may use the following permissions or device capabilities:
Used to communicate with Firebase services and to open external pages such as this Privacy Policy and Google Play.
Used to determine whether the device is currently connected to the internet.
Notifications are requested at runtime where required by Android. You can refuse notification permission or disable notifications later through your device's system settings.
Arrow Pulse is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to delete such information where we are able to do so.
Local settings and game progress remain on your device until you:
Clear the app's storage/data, or
Uninstall the app
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to the applicable Firebase/Google Analytics retention settings and Google's policies.
Crash reports are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to diagnose and fix technical issues.
You can control your information and app experience in several ways:
Delete local data: Uninstall Arrow Pulse or clear its app storage to remove locally stored progress and settings.
Control notifications: Manage notification permissions through Android's system settings.
Control advertising/analytics identifiers: You can limit or manage advertising and analytics identifiers through your device's settings, such as Google Settings → Ads, or the equivalent settings available on your device.
Request deletion of Firebase-associated data: You may contact us with your device type and approximate dates of use. We will delete information that is within our control where reasonably possible.
We use Google's infrastructure for analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and remote configuration.
While we take reasonable steps to use appropriate services and safeguards, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make a material change to the policy, we will update this page and change the Effective Date shown at the top.
