PolyLab ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Arrow Gram mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
For a better experience while using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, or we may collect standard diagnostic and usage data. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the App:
You can play Arrow Gram anonymously without creating an account. However, to access community puzzles, share custom levels, and participate in the online leaderboards, the App offers an optional sign-in using Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication).
If you choose to sign in, we collect the following personal information from your Google Account:
Your unique user identifier (UID)
Your display name
Your email address
Your profile photo URL
This data is used to establish your player profile, identify you as the creator of custom puzzles you publish, and display your stats on the leaderboard. If you remain signed out, no personal data is collected or transmitted.
Community Puzzles: When you build and choose to publish a custom puzzle, the puzzle configuration, along with your creator ID, creator name, and creator profile photo URL, is uploaded to Firebase Realtime Database. This information is shared publicly with all users of Arrow Gram so they can view and play your levels.
Leaderboards: When signed in, your gameplay performance metrics (scores, calculated IQ, and time spent) are synchronized with Firebase Realtime Database and shown on the global leaderboard alongside your display name and profile picture.
Whenever you use our App, in case of an error or crash, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address
Device name, brand, and operating system version
The configuration of the App when utilizing our service
The time and date of your use of the App, solve times, and other statistics
The App uses local storage (specifically a Room Database on your device) to persist your game progression, unlocked levels, high scores, IQ performance metrics, settings, and local custom levels. This information remains strictly on your device unless you choose to sync your stats or publish puzzles to the community.
We integrate trusted industry-standard SDKs to monetize, measure performance, keep the App stable, and support community-driven features.
We display ads provided by Google AdMob (including Rewarded Ads). AdMob may use device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, improve advertising campaigns, and prevent fraud.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players engage with Arrow Gram (e.g., which levels are completed, average play session length). This helps us balance the puzzle difficulty and optimize the gameplay flow.
We use Firebase Authentication to secure player sign-ins and Firebase Realtime Database to store and sync community puzzles and global leaderboard entries.
To resolve bugs and improve performance, we use Firebase Crashlytics to receive real-time, anonymous crash reports. These reports contain stack traces and device model information at the time of a crash.
The App may ask for your permission to send notifications to schedule daily logic puzzle reminders and playtime reminders. Since these reminders are scheduled locally on your device via Android's AlarmManager, they do not require an active internet connection or any remote notification server (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging) to function. You can opt out of these notifications at any time through the App settings or your device's system settings.
We believe in giving you control over your data. If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with your profile (such as your leaderboard scores or published custom puzzles), you can request deletion at any time. Please contact us at fahd.binasif@gmail.com with your request, and we will promptly remove your information from our database.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
We value your trust in providing us with your Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
