Privacy Policy for Trailfold

Trailfold is a mobile puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
No personal accounts: The app does not require or request account creation. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other directly identifying personal information.
Local gameplay data: The app stores limited game state locally on your device (for example, coin balance, unlocked levels, and processed purchases). This data is used only to provide gameplay functionality and is not uploaded to our servers by default.
No analytics by default: This repository does not include analytics SDKs. No usage analytics, crash reporting, or event-level telemetry is collected by the app as distributed here unless you (or a build) explicitly add such services.
Advertising and Third-Party Ads
No ads in this app: The released app does not contain advertisements. Users will not see banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads in the distributed app.
Developer note: The project includes a local development ads shim (packages/multi_ads) used for testing; it does not display real ads or transmit data. If you (or a future build) integrate a third-party ad SDK (for example Google AdMob), update this policy and disclose the data those providers may collect (device/ad identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, etc.).
In-App Purchases and Payments
The app uses the platform in-app purchase APIs (in_app_purchase) to offer consumable items. Purchases are processed by the app stores and are subject to their payment and privacy policies. We do not directly process or store payment card information.
Third-Party Services
The app may rely on platform services and third-party SDKs depending on the build. Those third parties may collect and process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. You should review any third-party SDK privacy documentation included in your production builds.
Data Sharing and Selling
We do not sell or rent personal information. Third-party ad or analytics providers included in a particular build may receive the types of information described above to provide their services.
Children's Privacy
The game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us via the developer contact on the app store listing.
Your Choices and Controls
Delete local data: You can remove local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data in your device settings.
Ads and privacy controls: If a build includes third-party ad SDKs, you can review and use any privacy/opt-out controls those providers offer (for example, advertising identifier reset or platform-level ad tracking settings).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app or included services change. When we update the policy we will revise the effective date above.
