This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use ArrowFlow, an Android puzzle game developed by DefaultCompany.
ArrowFlow does not require an account.
The game saves information locally on your device, including level progress, difficulty and mode selections, coins, unlocked themes, daily challenge progress, sound settings and purchase entitlement status.
This information is used to remember your progress and preferences. It is not uploaded to a developer-operated gameplay server.
ArrowFlow uses Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded video advertisements.
Google’s advertising services collect and share information such as:
IP addresses, which may indicate approximate location.
Advertising identifiers, app identifiers and, where applicable, device or account-related identifiers.
App and advertisement interactions, including launches, taps and video views.
Diagnostic and performance information.
This information is used for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing depends on your consent choices, device settings and the services involved.

Where applicable, ArrowFlow displays advertising consent messages through Google’s User Messaging Platform.
You can revisit available options through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Available options depend on your region and Google’s requirements.
You can also manage advertising preferences and identifiers through your Android device settings. Restricting personalised advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing.
The Remove Ads purchase disables interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available if you choose to watch them.
ArrowFlow offers purchases through Google Play, using Unity In-App Purchasing.
Google Play processes payments. DefaultCompany does not receive or store your full payment card details or bank account information.
The game and purchasing services process product identifiers, transaction information, receipts and purchase status to complete purchases, confirm ownership and restore purchased features.
Google’s handling of payment information is governed by its own policies.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include.
We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems and provide support. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Advertising and purchase information is processed by the service providers described above. These providers may process information outside Ghana or your country of residence under their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
We may disclose information we hold when necessary to meet legal obligations or protect users and our legal rights.
Local game saves remain on your device until you clear the app’s storage or remove the app. Device backup settings may retain or restore copies.
Clearing app storage may erase your progress, coins and settings. It does not delete Google Play purchase records or information already processed by advertising providers.
Support messages are retained only as necessary to handle your request, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You may email us to request deletion of information we hold about you.
Third-party retention and deletion practices are described in those providers’ policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the game, including advertisements and purchases.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
