Below are generally questions I get asked a lot. If you don't find an answer to your question please feel free to contact me.

Q: How far out do you book? 

Preferably, I book out 1 to 2 months in advance and even further during the holidays. The sooner you know your event date and order, the better! 

Q: How do I place an order?

Click on "Custom order form" page and fill out the information I will reach out to you from there to confirm your order.

Q: Can I book now even though I don't know my theme yet?

Yes, you can let me know a date and tell me your theme later. As long as I know the exact theme 2 weeks before order pick-up date.

Q: Do you ship?

Due to Texas Food cottage law, I am not able to ship. 

Q: Do you deliver? 

Unfortunately, I do not deliver. All orders must be picked up at my house located in Rosenberg Texas. However, Houston customers can pick up at a meet-up location in Houston, TX 77051.

Q: Why can I not get my deposit back?

1 week prior to pick-up your deposit is non-refundable. The supplies and planning process has already started.

Q: How long do your cookie stay fresh?

All cookies are heat sealed in cellophane bags. This guarantees the cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks.
