Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

6. Do you decorate hotel rooms?

Yes! Hotel room decorations are one of our signature services. We work with approved hotels to create beautiful surprise setups for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and romantic celebrations.

7. Do you travel to different locations?

Yes. We decorate at hotels, private residences, Airbnbs, and approved event venues. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

8. What is included in your decoration packages?
