Our mission is to promote and disseminate information necessary for the understanding of water quality, environmental, wildlife, and public safety issues associated with the new Zink Lake and the Arkansas River between Keystone Dam and Muskogee. As part of this mission we will work to spread information to all organizations interested in these issues.
