Teaching approach
My teaching focuses on the economics of digital markets, regulation, and Internet governance, primarily from a microeconomic perspective. Depending on the topic, I complement my own teaching with contributions from colleagues in other disciplines and practitioners. More recently, I have developed teaching on the societal implications of AI and data-driven systems.
Current responsibilities
I am co-coordinator of the Digital Platforms specialisation (PNUM – Plateforme Numérique) at IMT Atlantique.
Current courses
I currently teach engineering students in both the general engineering curriculum and apprenticeship-based engineering programmes.
Platform Economics - Master’s level
Emerging Business Models and Laws in the Digital Age — Master’s level
Network Economics - Master’s level
AI, Data and Society - Master’s level
An interdisciplinary course examining how generative AI is transforming work, creativity, knowledge, information, and decision-making. Key topics include human contributions to AI systems, intellectual property, algorithmic bias, information disorder, trust, responsibility, and the economic, social, ethical, and regulatory issues raised by AI. The course combines contributions from specialists in different disciplines, practical activities, the analysis of fictional works, and a group research project in which students investigate and debate a specific AI-related controversy.
