The preservation of heritage houses, along with the celebration of events like the Pahiyas festival, plays a crucial role in strengthening the local identity of the place and its people. The proposed revitalization of the architectural style of these heritage houses can bring vibrancy to the area. The installation of light posts can also enhance the natural beauty, especially at night. 

Promoting walkability and vibrancy is important to encourage people to walk and gauge how pedestrian-friendly an area is. This can be achieved by providing safe, high-quality, and attractive sidewalks and footpaths. By doing so, pedestrians are more likely to choose walking over driving, particularly in a semi-urban town like Lucban. 

Place-making is an approach used to preserve, revitalize, and enhance the identity and character of a town. It involves engaging the community in improving the design and use of public spaces.
