As a dedicated Mechanical Engineer currently pursuing a Master of Science at the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), my career is oriented towards securing a challenging research position where I can contribute to solving critical climate and energy problems. My objective is to apply my comprehensive skills in sustainable energy technologies, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and thermal engineering to innovative projects that create a tangible impact.
My academic and research background provides a strong foundation in both experimental and computational analysis.
Sustainable & Renewable Energy: I have conducted hands-on experimental research, including an investigation into the performance degradation of solar PV modules due to dust accumulation, where I quantified an efficiency loss of 4.478%. I also have experience designing and fabricating integrated energy systems, such as a hybrid solar-wind model with a peak output of 22.89 W.
CFD & Thermal Engineering: My expertise includes numerical analysis of thermal systems , demonstrated through studies on heat transfer enhancement in jet arrays and waste heat recovery in heat exchangers. I am proficient in industry-standard software like
ANSYS Fluent.
This is complemented by my current role as a Research Assistant at BUET's Research and Innovation Centre for Science and Engineering (RISE). I am actively contributing to a Gates Foundation-funded project focused on empowering women-led agricultural microenterprises by identifying and evaluating climate-smart technologies. This experience has honed my skills in literature synthesis, fieldwork coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I am eager to bring this blend of rigorous academic training and practical research experience to a team dedicated to advancing the future of sustainable technology.
