Addison R. Palmer is an emerging filmmaker and storyteller based in New York City. Currently studying Film & Screen Studies with a minor in Journalism and Media Storytelling at Pace University. Palmer blends hands-on production experience with a strong foundation in critical theory.
She wrote and directed her debut short film, set to premiere at the end of this year, marking a defining step in her creative journey. Palmer has also worked as a Production Assistant on The Trees Still in Brooklyn, directed by Amina Cami, further sharpening her on-set and collaborative skills.Â
Driven by a deep love for film and television, and the power of bold, character-centered narratives, Palmer aims to build her own production company, ARP Films, where she hopes to champion innovative, boundary-pushing stories that leave a lasting impact.
