I am a postdoc working with Marcos Jardim at the Instituto de Matemática, Estatística e Computação Científica (IMECC) of Unicamp, in Campinas, Brazil. Prior to this, I was a postdoc in the Emmy Noether Group for String Mathematics, led by Murad Alim at Universität Hamburg, a Severo Ochoa postdoc working with Mario García Fernández at the Instituto de Ciencias Matemáticas (ICMAT) in Madrid, and an Oberwolfach Leibniz Fellow at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach.
I wrote my doctoral dissertation, Twists of quaternionic Kähler manifolds, under the supervision of Vicente Cortés and defended it on 29th April, 2020. Further details about me are available in my CV.
I am broadly interested in the differential geometry of moduli spaces that arise in physics and related topics. This includes in particular quaternionic Kähler and hyperkähler manifolds, special geometry and the c- and r-map constructions, the Hull–Strominger system, Frobenius manifolds and Gromov–Witten theory, and mirror symmetry in Calabi–Yau manifolds and Higgs bundle moduli spaces.
I am most easily contacted through email at either arpansaha2007 [at] gmail.com, or arpan.saha [at] icmat.es. You can find some of my informal writings on my semi-frequently updated blog. My pronouns are he/him/his.
