I started going to the gym just before the pandemic, and little did I know that it would be an integral part of my daily schedule. It gives me sufficient physical and mental toughness to hustle and live life fully. Currently I am following this workout plan:
I love to play and watch sports. Cricket is more of a religion than a sport in India, and as a person born and brought up here obviously refers to my love and passion for Cricket.
