101 was patrolling when he clocked the suspect going 65 mph in a 40 mph zone. 101 initiated a 10-11 with the suspect nearest to postal 805. 101 issued the suspect a citation for speeding, going 65 mph in a 40 mph zone. 101 released the suspect and went back 10-8. The suspect was very compliant through the whole process.

The suspect was compliant once in custody.
