I’m a spiritual director, Enneagram coach, and worship leader with a deep passion for spiritual formation, wholeness, and learning the unforced rhythms of grace in a world that often pushes us toward striving and exhaustion.
My ministry journey began at the New Life School of Worship, where I met my husband, Blake. After moving back to Baltimore, we spent ten years serving on staff at a local church as directors of worship, administration, and spiritual formation while raising our three beautiful kids. During that time, I also became Enneagram certified, which opened a deeper curiosity in me about the inner life—how our stories, patterns, and wounds shape the way we experience God, ourselves, and one another.
In 2021, our family moved to Colorado Springs, where I completed a two-year spiritual direction program at Benet Hill Monastery. Since then, I’ve continued training as a grief specialist, focusing on the sacred work of companioning people through seasons of loss, spiritual transition, and what many traditions call the dark night of the soul.
My work now centers on creating spaces where people can slow down, tell the truth about their lives, and rediscover the compassionate presence of God in the midst of it all.
