Mathematics for Economists 1 (Undergraduate L1: 18h): This course covers a range of topics, including the interpretation of ratios and percentages, the calculation of growth rates, elasticity and index numbers, financial mathematics (compound interest and discounting), and the solving of equations and systems of equations.
Mathematics for Economists 2 (Undergraduate L1: 18h): Mathematical Analysis and Applications
Descriptive Statistics (Undergraduate L1: 12h): In this course, we cover the fundamental concepts of one-dimensional descriptive statistics (qualitative vs. quantitative variables, graphical representation, measures of central tendency and dispersion) and two-dimensional statistics, with an introduction to the simple linear regression.
Current economic and environmental challenges (Undergraduate L3: 18h): This course is designed to introduce Management undergraduate students to the challenges that the green transition poses to the traditional firm model based on the assumption of profit maximization. We cover concepts such as CSR, responsible innovation, sustainable development, ethics, circularity, recycling, and more.
