Payment will be made through Cash on Delivery (COD) – pay when you receive the product.

If courier service is unavailable in your area, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

2. Shipping & Return Policy

We offer delivery across Pakistan.

Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

We ensure product authenticity, but the fragrance performance (longevity, projection) may vary based on weather, skin type, and sweat.

You are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:

– The item is damaged, broken, or incorrect.

– The perfume is unused and in its original packaging.

The information you provide (name, phone number, address) is used only for delivery and customer support.

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aromystica is not liable for any skin reactions or allergies – we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
