By downloading or using the "Aérodrome Aviateur" app (the "App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to:

• Not upload or share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content.
  
  

• Not attempt to access the App’s backend or data systems without authorization.
  
  

4. Features of the App

The App includes the following features:

• A set of rules for the STOL Drag Racing competition and tricks.
  
  

• The ability to create and manage teams and players.
  
  

• A list of STOL Drag Racing tournaments across Europe.
  
  

• Flight recording functionality, including timing and performance tracking. The App records the following data:
  
  

  • Flight time
    
    

  • Start checkpoint
    
    

  • Approach touchpoint
    
    

  • Landing touchpoint
    
    

  • Full stop checkpoint
    
    

  • Calculation of points based on these measurements
    
    

5. User-Generated Content

By using the App, you may submit content such as player profiles, team names, or flight data. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms in this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the App, including technical difficulties or issues with flight data.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
